All our live in carers help our clients to use Skype. Skype is a system which allows a video call over the internet. Using Skype it's possible to keep in touch with your loved ones, not just over the phone with a chat, but also with a live video. Our live in carers have their own laptops and internet accress, all that is needed is for the family contact to have a computer with internet access, a web cam and a microphone. Skype can then be used between parent, sibling or loved one to see and talk to them for as long as you want without any additional cost.
