We select and screen staff very carefully through pre-employment interviews and reference checks. Mandatory clear police checks are required and reviewed for all Mumby’s employees. We also take care of all relevant insurances for our staff.

We CRB Check all live-in carers and staff

We take the greatest of care to ensure that our live-in carers and staff are not only trained, but are the right people for the job they do. The CRB check on live-in carers is an important part of this process and as such we are proud of our recognition in the area.

The CRB check is nationwide so covers our live-in carers in Avon, Bedfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Herts, Northants, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Warwickshire, Wiltshire and London.
