Winners of Mental Health and Dementia Care Expertise Award in Home Care Awards 2023

The prestigious Home Care Awards identify the best UK companies in home care and celebrates their successes. With 90% of Mumby’s Live-in Care clients having some form of dementia and an in-house dementia expert, it’s fabulous news to be recognised as specialists and experts in delivering outstanding mental health and dementia care.

Shortlisted for the Innovation in Care Award, Care Heroes Awards 2020 Mumby’s were delighted to be shortlisted for the Innovation in Care at the Care Heroes Awards that honours innovations and recognises creative thinking by individuals or teams which helped ensure that service users continued to receive outstanding care during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Shortlisted for Frontline Carer of the Year in the Leaders in Care Awards 2021 Danuta’s ongoing commitment to emotional, psychological and physical care for her long-term client of 11 years, Simon, has led her to be recognised in this category. This unusually long-term placement means that Simon, who has MS, benefits from continuity of care and Danuta’s holistic understanding of his care needs.

Ann Mumby, our Director and Founder, won the female Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2020. Mumby’s and has instrumental in the growth and development of the company. She continues to play a significant and very active role within Mumby’s.
