We look after all of our clients and carers as part of our extended family. Our family values run throughout Mumby’s so you know your loved one will be cared for as if they were a member of our family.
Our live-in carers are privileged to share your loved one’s life. They build a wonderful and personal relationship together. They give so much more than just practical support and getting the chores done.
Favourite foods will be carefully prepared and nutritious. Celebrations and special events including birthdays, Christmas and family get-togethers can be arranged and escorted to. Your loved one’s carer will choose music and arrange entertainment and days out they think your loved one will enjoy. They will reminisce and talk about the old days together, take pleasure in gardening and nature and help complete a hard-to-do crossword or puzzle. Medications will be reminded about. A Mumby’s live-in carer comes to understand if your loved one is out of sorts and will know what to do.

Mumby’s fully managed live-in care service offers you exactly that – full management of your care from start to finish. Every carer is directly employed by us. We manage their pay and benefits, including holiday pay, pension contributions, overtime and travel expenses. This means you don’t need to worry about any employment issues.
